      <image:title>About Us - Meet Andee!</image:title>
<image:caption>Andrea is a speech-language pathologist specializing in early childhood language development and feeding disorders....or in other words late talkers and picky eaters. Andrea is a proud graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where she studied communication disorders, early childhood education, and received her Master’s in speech and language pathology. She stands firmly in that learning is done best through play. All of her sessions- whether they are feeding or language, are done with the use of natural play. (Which is not only fun, but research shows it works!) Andrea, her husband John, and their two boys, Hank and Gus, spend their days adventuring on trails and at lakes. And when the weather doesn’t allow for it, you can find their family imagining through the pages of one of their favorite books.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Shaylee Shaylee graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2019 with her doctorate of occupational therapy degree. Shaylee has been working in outpatient pediatrics for two years where she has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, and vision delays. She addresses retained primitive reflexes, sensory processing, feeding concerns, and fine and gross motor delays through play and daily activities. Shaylee has completed continuing education courses in the areas of Vision and Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) feeding. Her doctoral capstone was completed on her special interest in the importance of developmental follow-up for infants born pre-term, at risk, or post-NICU stay. In her free time, Shaylee enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and being active outdoors. Shaylee and her husband, Austin, often find themselves exploring hiking trails, relaxing at the lake, and walking their dog.</image:caption>

She continued her education at USD as she obtained her Masters of Speech-Language Pathology.
